FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions clinics and distributors ask us most often.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard minimum order is one retail carton per product line — typically 5–10 units depending on the product. First orders from new partners have no additional minimum beyond the carton size, so you can validate products in practice before committing to volume. Distribution agreements use separate volume tiers agreed individually.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver across the European Union, the Balkans and Turkey. Our core markets are Poland, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and Turkey, with local-language support and market-specific documentation for each. Orders from other EU countries are handled case by case — contact us with your location and we will confirm terms.

Are your products original MedRoyal products?

Yes — Alva Medica is the official MedRoyal distributor for Southern Europe, and every unit we sell is sourced directly from the manufacturer in Poland. Each product carries its original batch number, traceable back to MedRoyal's production records, so you are never exposed to grey-market or repackaged stock. Authorisation can be confirmed with the manufacturer at any time.

What documentation do products ship with?

Every delivery includes batch-level traceability, and we pass through the manufacturer's complete documentation set for each product family: instructions for use, Safety Data Sheet and Certificate of Analysis on request, plus conformity documentation appropriate to the product class. Because we source directly from MedRoyal, documents always match the exact batch you receive.

Do you provide training for products and protocols?

Yes. Partner clinics receive product-specific protocol training organised together with MedRoyal's clinical trainers, covering indications, application technique, contraindications and complication management. MedRoyal also runs dedicated training events for its portfolio, such as the PLLA Renaissance series — the current calendar is available on request.

Do you offer private label manufacturing?

Yes — together with our manufacturing partner MedRoyal, we deliver private label projects for selected product lines, with minimum volumes and lead times agreed per project. If you are building your own brand, send us the product category and target market and we will confirm feasibility, regulatory scope and pricing within a few business days.

How do pricing, ordering and payment work?

We do not publish prices — every product is quoted individually. Send your product list to our contact e-mail or through the form and you will receive a quotation within one business day. First orders are settled by proforma invoice before dispatch; regular partners can apply for deferred payment terms — typically 14 to 30 days — after a positive cooperation history.

Can I order samples before committing?

Yes — professional customers can request a sample package for evaluation, covering the MedRoyal product lines relevant to their practice. Sample availability follows the manufacturer's terms per product line and is confirmed in your quotation. Request samples via the contact form, listing the products you want to evaluate.

Do you provide regulatory support for my market?

Yes. We pass through the manufacturer's documentation your market requires — conformity documents, safety data, labelling information — and support distributors through local registration or notification processes where applicable. Our team works with partners in all eight core markets and coordinates directly with MedRoyal's regulatory department whenever a market-specific document is needed.

How do I become an Alva Medica distribution partner?

Start with the partner form on our For Clinics & Distributors page, describing your company, market and current portfolio. We review applications within a few business days, then agree territory, volume tiers and marketing support in a distribution agreement. Territory arrangements within our region are possible and negotiated individually.

How do you handle complaints and returns?

Report any quality issue with the batch number and photos via the contact form or your account manager; we acknowledge within one business day and resolve confirmed quality complaints with replacement or credit. Because we source directly from MedRoyal, every complaint is traceable to the manufacturer's batch records, which keeps resolution fast and precise.

What are your delivery lead times?

In-stock products dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Typical delivery is 1–2 business days in Poland and 2–5 business days across our other markets, depending on destination and carrier. Products with special transport requirements ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit.
