Professional character of the Website
The Website is addressed to business users: aesthetic medicine clinics, beauty salons, healthcare professionals and distributors. Product information published on the Website is professional B2B information and is not addressed to consumers.
Information concerning prescription-only medicinal products is intended exclusively for persons authorised to prescribe or supply such products. Access to detailed information about such products may be conditional on professional verification.
Nature of the content — no offer
Content published on the Website, including product descriptions, indicative "from" prices and availability information, is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to enter into negotiations.
Commercial terms — including binding prices, minimum order quantities and delivery conditions — are agreed individually and confirmed in an offer or agreement between the parties. Complaints regarding the Website
Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted to the e-mail address given in the General provisions. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Complaints regarding products and deliveries are handled under the terms of the relevant sales agreement or offer, not under these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms for important reasons — changes in law, changes in the Website's functionality or the scope of services provided. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always available on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes connected with the use of the Website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's registered office, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise. If any provision of these Terms proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
